Here is an exercise to help you give more thought and attention to cultivating kindness and goodness:

Read Ephesians 4.31-5.2

Think about your kindness. What do you notice from this passage about what kindness is and isn’t? Where does it come from?

How well are you responding to people with kindness?

What are some ways that you can be intentional about practicing kindness?

Contact someone and thank them for the kindness they have shown to you.
